Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or pre-order items may take longer—details will be specified on the product page.
Shipping Time:
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
International Shipping:
We ship across Europe and the uk. Customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchanges
At Valour, we stand behind the quality of our gear. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that:

The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom-made or personalized gear (e.g. gloves with names/logos)

Used or visibly worn gear (due to hygiene and safety standards)

Final sale or clearance items marked as non-refundable

Items returned without prior approval.
Exchange Policy:
We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color (if available). To request an exchange:

We’ll confirm availability and send return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll ship the replacement within 3–5 business days.
Note: Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back. We cover shipping for the new item on one-time exchanges only.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a Valour error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

You were approved for a return due to a Valour error
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage. Valour is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
